Abstract
The performance of a company is very important to know, especially the value of the company, with a high company value that will make investors or shareholders believe in the company's performance going forward. This study aims to determine whether firm size, dividend policy, debt policy, and investment decisions affect the value of banking companies listed on IDX. The period of this research is 2014-2018. The population in this study are conventional banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research population data were 43 companies and 70 samples were obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the IBM SPSS Statistic 26 For Windows test tool. The results of this study indicate that partially firm size has a positive and significant effect on firm value, while dividend policy and debt policy have a negative and insignificant effect on firm value, and investment decisions have a positive and insignificant effect on firm value. Simultaneously, company size, dividend policy, debt policy and investment decisions show that they have an effect and are significant on the firm's firm value.
