Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the effect of free cash flow, asset growth, collateralizable asset and liquidity on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The population of this study is 965 companies. The sample is 263 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that distribute profits, distribute dividends and their financial statements using rupiah currency in the 2016-2020 period. This research is a quantitative research and uses normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the results show that simultaneously free cash flow, asset growth, collateralizable asset and liquidity have an effect on dividend policy. In partial free cash flow has no effect on dividend policy. Meanwhile, asset growth, collateralizable asset and liquidity have an effect on dividend policy.
