Abstract
The influence of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, dividend policy and debt policy to the value of the company on manufacturing companies. This study aimed to analyze the managerial ownership, institutional ownership, dividend policy and debt policy on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia. the independent variables used in this study is the managerial ownership, institutional ownership, dividend policy and debt policy, while the dependent variable used is the value of the company. The research sample is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012-2014. the samples selected using purposive sampling method and 207 manufacturing companies that are able to meet the criteria that is used as a sample. Data were analyzed using linear regression. the results of the regression analysis that managerial ownership and institutional ownership has no effect on the value of the company, dividend policy and debt policy has an influence on the value of the company. Keywords: ownership structure, dividend policy, debt policy, and the value of the company.
