Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of managerial ownership, institutional ownership and family ownership on company performance. The sample consists of 55 manufacturing companies. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling method. Analysis using Multiple Linear Regression and data collection using documentation. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously managerial ownership, institutional ownership, family ownership and firm size have a significant effect on firm performance. Partially managerial ownership has no significant effect on company performance. Partially, institutional ownership has no significant negative effect on company performance. Partially, family ownership has no significant effect on company performance. And partially the size of the company has a significant positive effect on company performance.
