Abstract

The competition in Islamic Banking and the effort to retain customer require the right strategy, with a focus on customers and effective marketing communications that are expected to created loyal customers.This research was to analyses the influence of customer oriented and marketing communication towards customers loyalty at PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk. The data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression analysis, with a total sample of 100 respondents in the savings of Faedah at BSI KC Pettarani Makassar.mThe result that customers oriented has a positive and significant on customer loyalty, marketing communication has a positive and significant on customer loyalty Keywords: Customer, Loyalty, Marketing, Communication, Oriented.
