Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, internal locus of control, and motivation on family investment decisions in Surabaya. The sample in this study used purposive sampling. The sample used is 145 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire survey method. The data were analyzed using partial least squares (PLS) with the structural equation model (SEM) method. The results showed that financial literacy had a positive and insignificant effect on family investment decisions in Surabaya, while internal locus of control and motivation had a significant positive effect on family investment decisions in Surabaya
