Abstract
This study aims to jointly test and analyze the significance of the Effect of Training, Job Security, Career Development Opportunities, and Performance Assessment on the Intention to Move PT Freeport Indonesia employees. The research methodology used 98 samples of respondents to be distributed to employees working at PT Freeport Indonesia. The sampling technique in this study was to use purposive sampling. Technique data collection is carried out using the online survey method by filling out a questionnaire using Google Form. Respondents' responses were analyzed with descriptive analysis and statistical analysis using the SPSS 26.0 program. The results of hy-pothesis testing in this study showed that the variables of training, security, and performance ap-praisal had no effect on the variables of moving intentions. Meanwhile, the variable of career de-velopment opportunities partially affects the variable of moving.
