Abstract
This study aims to find out more about how to analyze the implementation of the Istishna' contract on design orders at Kakamin.Ina, Perspective of Ultra-Micro Business Empowerment in East Java. The informants in this study are the owners of Kakamin.Ina and their customers in East Java. In this study the author uses a qualitative method based on observations and interviews conducted by the author. In this study, the author wants to analyze related to the implementation of the Istishna' contract which has been carried out by Kakamin.Ina and the empowerment carried out is in the form of giving advice and recommendations to its customers. The results of this study are the isitihna' contract which is implemented in accordance with the pillars and terms of the contract, and the empowerment carried out is also in accordance with the Empowerment Objectives according to Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2008 Article 5.
