Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of Islamic financial literacy and Islamic financial inclusion on the financial well-being in society. In this study there is financial welfare as an independent variable and Islamic financial literacy and Islamic financial inclusion as the dependent variable. The survey was conducted by 200 respondents with the criteria of being Muslim, domiciled in the cities of Surabaya, Sidoarjo, Gresik, and Lamongan. In this study using a non probability sampling technique with the acquisition of data analyzed through structural equation modeling (Structural Equation Modeling) WarpPLS 7.0 as a tool. The results of this study indicate that Islamic Financial Literacy and Islamic Financial Inclusion have a positive and significant impact on people's Financial Welfare
