Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of profitability, capital structure, liquidity and firm size, d on the company's dividend policy in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a qualitative approach. The sample used in this study were 33 companies. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25.0 program. The results of this study state that simultaneously profitability, capital structure, liquidity and firm size have an effect on dividend policy. However, partially, profitability has a significant negative effect on dividend policy, capital structure has a significant positive effect on dividend policy, liquidity has an insignificant positive effect on dividend policy and firm size has an insignificant negative effect on dividend policy.
