Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of good corporate governance on firm’s performance with corporate social responsibility as moderating variable in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research is all manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The sample was chosen using purposive sampling with a total sample of 374 data. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistic and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The result of this research shows that independent commisioner and manajerial ownership has no effect to firm’s performance and corporate social responsibility does not moderate the effect of managerial ownership on firm’s performance. On the other hand, institutional ownership has a significant effect on firm’s performance, meanwhile corporate social responsibility can moderate the effect of institutional ownership on the firm’s performance.
