Abstract
Maximizing the value of the company through increasing shareholder wealth is a financial management goal that can be achieved from high share prices. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policies and company size on the value of companies in the consumer cyclicals sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2016-2019. The sample used is 15 companies with purposive sampling. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis which includes descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing analysis with SPSS. The results of the regression analysis show that funding decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value, while investment decisions, dividend policy and firm size have no significant positive effect on firm value. The results of the study indicate that funding decisions are important for investors to consider before buying shares in the consumer cyclicals sector as a form of investment. 2.
