Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of liquidity ratio, leverage, profitability ratio, sales growth and dividend policy on stock price manufacturing company on Indonesia stock exchange. The data is sampled using purposive sample judgment method Data that needed in this research taken from Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) 2010-2013 was acquired 11 sample company. Hypotheses test used t-statistic and f-statistic at level significance 5% The result of this research show Quik Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Sales Growth and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) have significant effect towards stock price. And Quick Ratio have negative significance effect toward stock return. Keyword : liquidity, leverage, profitability, sales growth, and dividend policy
