Abstract

The capital structure is the composition of long-term permanent funding used to meet the company's spending needs with long-term funding sources, such as long-term debt and own capital. The impact that occurs on the capital structure will have a direct effect on the company's financial position which will affect the value of the company, so that the capital structure is an important issue for the company.
