Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance, profitability and leverage on firm value. The sample in this study uses banking companies at the go public Private National Foreign Exchange Commercial Banks which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data used are data from 2015 to 2019. There are 7 samples of companies that meet the criteria in the study using purposive sampling. Good corporate governance is measured using the proportion of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees. Profitability is measured using ROA. Leverage is measured using DER. Firm value is measured using PBV. This model uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that the effect of good corporate governance as measured using institutional ownership, independent commissioners, and audit committees has an effect on firm value, while good corporate governance as measured using managerial ownership has no effect on firm value. Profitability and Leverage have no effect on firm value
