Abstract
The purpose of this study is for Financial Distress in companies manufacture. The sampling technique used in this research is by using purposive sampling method. The research sample that met the criteria were 126 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The data analysis technique used is ordinal logistic regression using the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that the liquidity ratio as measured by the current ratio has a negative effect on predicting Financial Distress, Operating Capacity as measured by total asset turnover has a negative effect on predicting Financial Distress, Sales Growth has no effect in predicting Financial Distress, and managerial agency costs have a positive effect in predicting Financial Distress.
