Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Loan to Deposit (LDR), Operating Income Operating Expenses (BOPO), and Non-Performing Loans (NPL) on Profitability with Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) as a mediating variable at Conventional Commercial Banks listed on the IDX. The sample in this study uses a purposive sampling technique using eleven conventional commercial banks listed on the IDX which can be studied as samples. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Path Coefficient Test, R Square Test, Q Square Test, Gof Test and T Test. The results of this study indicate that The results of this study indicate that LDR has a positive and significant effect on profitability. BOPO, has a negative and significant effect on profitability. NPL has a positive and significant effect on profitability. CAR has a significant effect on profitability. CAR is able to partially mediate the relationship between the influence of LDR, BOPO and NPL on the profitability of conventional commercial banks listed on the IDX.
