Abstract

Bank is a financial institution which licensed to received deposits and make loans and also provide financial services. The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Investing Policy Ratio (IPR), Fixed Asset Capital Ratio (FACR), Adverserly Classified Asset (ACA), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Interest Rate Ratio (IRR), Operational Efficiency Ratio (OER) and Fee Based Income Ratio (FBIR) to Return On Asset (ROA) simultaneously or partially. The subject of the study is Bank Pembangunan Daerah Conventional. This period is from the first quarter of 2015 to the fourth quarter of 2019. This study used purposive sampling. BPD Kalimantan Tengah, BPD Maluku & Maluku Utara, BPD Bengkulu and BPD Sulawesi Tenggara are the samples. The results of this study revealed that 1) LDR, IPR, ACA, NPL, IRR, OER, FBIR anda FACR have a significant effects on ROA, simultaneously; 2) LDR, IPR, NPL and FACR have a negative insignificant on ROA, partially; 3) IRR partially has a insignificant positive effects on ROA; 4) ACA and FBIR have a positive insignificant effect on ROA, partially; 5) OER partially has a negative significant on ROA ; 6) The most dominant effects on ROA is OER.
