Abstract
The growing cases of violation of ethics in the organization make it become a crucial managerial problems to be solved. The phenomenon of ethical violation has become a public concern that encourages the need for research that fosters ethical behavior in organizations. Ethical Leadership has recently gained interest among researchers due to its role in improving employee’s ethical behavior in workplace. The aim of the study is to propose a conceptual model linking ethical leadership, ethical climate, moral awareness, job satisfaction and ethical behavior. Involving moral awareness in this study is expected to provide an important contribution to the world of education which fosters ethical behavior for students. The proposed model is expected to be an alternative solution in order to develop ethical behavior in the workplace and provide inspiration for future researches.
