Abstract
Family financial planning is important in order to live in the future. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of financial literacy, income, financial attitudes on family financial planning during the COVID-19 pandemic in Surabaya. The sample was carried out by distributing questionnaires through google form as many as 207 respondents with UMR income in the city of Surabaya, namely at least Rp. 4,300,000 per month and domiciled in Surabaya. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has no significant positive effect on family financial planning. While income and financial attitudes have a significant positive effect on family financial planning.
