Abstract
Financial decisions in financial management is one of the overall management system. Good and appropriate management will lead to the achievement of company or organizational goals, otherwise our lack of good financial management will result in disruption of the company's overall operations and will ultimately hinder the achievement of company goals. This research is a quantitative research because it is seen from the form of data analysis using quantitative analysis tools. Quantitative analytical tools such as multivariate analysis functions and the results are presented in the form of numbers which are then explained and interpreted in a description. This study aims to find evidence of whether there is an influence of profitability, debt policy and liquidity on dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2015 to 2019. Based on the results of research and discussion in previous chapters, it can be concluded from this study that based on the F test, it can be concluded that profitability (ROA), debt policy (DER) and liquidity (CR) simultaneously or have a significant influence on dividend policy. . Based on the results of the t test, it can be concluded that partially profitability (ROA) has a significant positive effect on dividend policy. Based on the results of the t-test, it can be concluded that partially debt policy (DER) has no significant effect on dividend policy
