Abstract
Accounting systems present accounting information processing systems, since data is recorded in documents through various accounting information processing systems through various power sharing systems in corporate organizations, financial data is processed in various accounting records, up to information presented in financial statements. Hotel Swiss Belinn Tunjungan Surabaya has a computerized purchasing accounting system. The data is obtained using interview methods, documentation and library studies. Data is analyzed using theory in the purchasing accounting system, including according to related functions, procedures, information needed by management, documents and recording methods. Based on the results of the analysis that in the hotel purchase accounting system has implemented it well, but there are some that do not comply with the theory in the purchasing accounting system, namely in the receipt of goods have not carried out the procedure of receiving goods properly and correctly because in the acceptance section do not carry out checks on the quantity, quality and price of goods received from the supplier.
