Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the proportion of the board of commissioners, financial performance, managerial ownership, and audit committee on environmental disclosure. The population in this study are manufacturing industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2018-2020 period. The sampling technique of this research is purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques in this study include descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that the proportion of the board of commissioners has no effect on environmental disclosure, financial performance has a negative effect on environmental disclosure, managerial ownership has no effect on environmental disclosure, and the audit committee has a positive effect on environmental disclosure
