Abstract
The aims of this study are to analyze influence of independent variable Loan to Deposit Ratio, Non Performing Loan, Operational Cost to Operational Income , Return On Asset, Net Profit Margin, Capital Adequacy Ratio to Bank Profit Growth. Selection of sample use purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling method is the method which based on certain criteria. The sample that used in this study are six of regional development bank for period quarter I 2010 to quarter II 2014 . Quantitative data for this study get from Bank Indonesia and quarterly financial report of Regional Development Bank. The data were analyzed by linear regression analysis using SPSS version 19.0 for windows. Research result of F test shows that LDR, NPL, BOPO, ROA, NPM, and CAR have significant influence simultaneously toward Bank Profit Growth in regional development bank. The result of t test shows that LDR, and BOPO have positive and unsignificant influence to Bank Profit Growth of Regional Development Bank. But ROA and NPM have positive and significant influence to Bank Profit Growth of Regional Development Bank. NPL and CAR have negative and unsignificant influence to Bank Profit Growth. The result of the count can be known that bank performance gave the great influence to the growth of bank profits of Regional Development Bank.
