Abstract
BPR Mentari Terang Tuban is a people's credit bank that accepts debtors who lack funds for business capital, for example capital for agriculture, tourism, transportation and entertainment. The aims of this study were (1) to find out the terms & procedures for granting credit at BPR Mentari Bright Tuban, (2) to find out what was included in non-performing loans at BPR Mentari Cahaya Tuban, and (3) to find out how to handle non-performing loans at BPR Mentari. explained the Tuban branch. This research uses a descriptive method. Based on the results of research at Bank BPR Mentari Terang Tuban, it is known that (1) the requirements for applying for credit are quite easy, (2) the method of handling non-performing loans used by BPR Mentari Terang Tuban meets the procedures, and (3) officers serve debtors in a friendly manner in overcoming obstacles. existing with some efforts to reduce the risk.
