Abstract
This purpose of study is to examine the effect of financial literacy, experienced regret, and risk tolerance on investment decision making among society in Surabaya and Madura. This study used purposive, convenience and snow-ball sampling method. There are 185 respondents taken from questionnaire by survey method. To test hypotheses, this study employs descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis. Moreover, by performing multiple regression analysis, this study found that only experienced regret have significant effect on investment decision making, but risk tolerance and overconfidence do not impact on investment decision. Key word: financial literacy, experienced regret, risk tolerance, and investment decision
