Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of company size, profitability, manajerial ownership, and institusional ownhership. The population in this study were real estate companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the periode 2017-2019, while the sample of study was 93 companies. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSStest tool. Statistics 23. The results showed that only institusional ownhership has an effect on debt policy, while profitability, company size, and manajerial ownership has no effect on debt policy.
