Abstract

This study aims to find out how the BSI Oto financing application process is based on the Murabahah principle, what conditions must be met by customers to submit an application, and find out what obstacles often occur when applying and how to overcome these obstacles. The data analysis method used is by using qualitative methods. By conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. From the research results, the BSI Oto financing application process is in accordance with the existing financing theory. As for the obstacles in the financing application process, namely the requirements for submitting an incomplete application due to customers who are not careful in reading the requirements, and the company where the customer works is difficult to ask for information. Efforts to resolve obstacles to Bank BSI have an effective solution. BSI Bank provides brochures to customers and explains the requirements that must be completed, and BSI Bank parties contact customers that the company is difficult to contact and then the customer will confirm to the company's HRD that there will be a bank that will verify so that the Bank will be easier to verify.
