Abstract
The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Loan to Asset Ratio (LAR), Investing Policy Ratio (IPR), Non Performing Loan (NPL), Adversely Classified Asset (ACA), Interest Rate Risk (IRR), Net Open Position (NOP), Operational Efficiency Ratio (OER), Fee Based Income Ratio (FBIR) to Return On Asset (ROA) as one of the profitability indicator of regional development banks (BPD). Sampling technique of this study is purposive sampling with three regional development banks as sample. The samples were BPD Riau and Riau island, BPD South Sumatera and Bangka Belitung, and also BPD East and North Kalimantan. This study used a secondary data with the period of study from the first quarter, 2016 until the fourth equarter, 2020. this study used multiple liniear regression as the data analyis technique. The results of this revealeld that LDR, LAR, IPR, NPL, ACA, IRR, NOP, OER and FBIR simultaneously have a significant effect on ROA. LDR, LAR and ACA partially have positive coefficient and insignificant on ROA. IRR and FBIR partially have positive coefficient and significant on ROA. IPR and NOP partially have negative coefficient and insignificant on ROA. NPL and OER partially have negative coefficient and significant on ROA.
