Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of managerial ownweship, independent commissioners, leverage, sales growth, and firm size on financial distress in various industrial sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2021. In this study, financial distress is proxied by Earning Per Share. The population of this study is various industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The sampling technique method in descriptive statistical analysis and logistic regression analysis. The results of this study are leverage and sales growth significantly effect on financial distress. Meanwhile, managerial ownership, independent commissioners, and firm size have no significant effect on financial distress.
