Abstract
Capital market be important as a media for distribute and invest to get profit for investors. The movement of stock prices offered the company can be influenced by the level of demand and supply are in the capital market. The increase in stock prices that are too high can cause the demand for the purchase of these shares decreased so that the company of stock split. This research took the topic of Factor That Influence The Decision Of The Stock Split On The Go Public Company In Indonesia. The goal of this research is to find and analyze the effect of Earning Per Share, Return On Equity, Price Earning Ratio, Price Book Value in influencing the decision of stock split. Period use in this research from 2005 to 2013. Samples used 45 companies stock split and 45 companies that are not stock split as the comparison. The sampling technique is purposive sampling to adjust with the research goal. The data analysis is using regression logistic using SPSS 11.5 for windows was applied to test the hypotheses. The result of the research indicates that Earning Per Share, Return On Equity, Price Earning Ratio, Price Book Value has a positive effect but not the predictor or can not be used to predict the company’s decision of stock split.
