Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Operating Income Operating Expenses (BOPO), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Non Performing Financing (NPF) on profitability in Islamic Banking in Indonesia. This research data comes from financial statements. Islamic Banking in Indonesia which has been published during 2015-2020. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique with criteria that had been determined by the researcher, so the samples included in the criteria were 11 Islamic banks that could be studied. The data used is secondary data by collecting all the required data through financial statements according to the sample and period used. The data analysis technique in this study used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, f test, R2 test, and t test. This study shows that the data is not normally distributed. The results of this study indicate that the Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Operating Income Operating Expenses (BOPO), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) shows no effect on Return On Assets (ROA), Non Performing Financing (NPF) shows that it affects Return on Assets (ROA) Keywords: FDR, BOPO, CAR, AND NPF
