Abstract

The Sidoarjo Regency Regional Tax Service Agency is a Sidoarjo Regency Government Agency tasked with assisting the Regent in carrying out supporting functions of government affairs in the financial sector in regional tax services. This study aims to determine the satisfaction of taxpayers with local tax services provided by the Regional Tax Service Agency of Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is descriptive analysis. Collecting research data using interview, observation, and questionnaire/questionnaire techniques. The results of this study were obtained from questionnaire data distributed to 15 visiting taxpayers. The result is that 80% of taxpayers are satisfied with the local tax services provided by the Regional Tax Service Agency of Sidoarjo Regency while 20% are not satisfied with the local tax services provided by the Regional Tax Service Agency of Sidoarjo Regency. Taxpayers are satisfied with the services provided by the Regional Tax Service Agency of Sidoarjo Regency in terms of several aspects, namely, the first type of local tax service is complete. Second, the mechanism of the regional tax service process at the Regional Tax Service Agency of Sidoarjo Regency is good. Third, the quality of service provided is good. Finally, the facilities and infrastructure used are quite complete. Keywords : Taxpayer satisfaction, Service, BPPD Sidoarjo Regency
