Abstract
PT. Pegadaian (Persero) is a Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) which is engaged in lending services to the public on the basis of the pawnlaw. PT. Pegadaian (Persero) is committed to solving problems without problems, such as one of the products, namely Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA). Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) is intended for all people from the upper middle class to the lower middle class. The purpose of this study was to find out how the procedure for granting and paying off Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA), the obstacles faced and how to solve them. This research method uses descriptive qualitative analysis method with library research and field research. Researchers are expected to find several problems related to the procedure for granting and repaying Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) as well as the obstacles and solutions the face. In the process of granting and repaying Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA) there are several obstacles including incomplete requirements for applying for Kredit Cepat Aman (KCA), lack of understading of maturity, repayment cannot be made.
