Abstract
Credit is a financing provided by the bank to other parties in need which will then be returned gradually in accordance with a predetermined period of time. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Ngrambe Unit Ngawi Branch Office is one of the state-owned enterprises that provides unsecured loans to retirees called Kedit Briguna Purna. This final project research aims to find out how the procedure for providing Full Briguna Credit at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Ngrambe Ngawi Branch Office. This final project research uses descriptive methods, interviews and documentation. The criteria for prospective debtors are retirees who pay pension salaries through PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia. In the process of granting BRIGUNA Purna loans, namely Credit Applications submitted by customers, BRIGUNA Purna Credit Analysis, BRIGUNA Purna Credit Decisions, Credit Realizations, and Credit Documentation. with the requirements and the costs have been paid by the debtor, either in cash or overbooking. Obstacles that exist during the process of granting BRIGUNA Credit PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Ngrambe Ngawi Branch Office, namely Pension salaries that are not through the payroll of Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI). The solution to overcome these obstacles is the PT.Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Unit Ngrambe Ngawi Branch Office by way of the bank or customer having to take care of the transfer of payment of pension salary accounts from other banks to BRI bank.
