Abstract
PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Pemuda Surabaya Branch Office has a People Business Credit Facility or what is commonly called KUR, where credit facilities are distributed to or UMKM that have a business sector productive. The KUR in the Bank BTN Pemuda Branch Office in Surabaya has types of credit, namely micro credit, and small credit. Both loans have a credit facilities for Micro KUR up to a maximum of Rp. 25,000,000 and for Small KUR up to a maximum of Rp. 500,000,000. To register as a KUR credit is also very easy at Bank BTN Pemuda branch office in Surabaya. PT. Bank Tabungan Negara Pemuda Branch Office in Surabaya provides KUR using the 5C method, namely Character, Capacity, Capital, Condition, Collateral. The stages of granting People Business Credit or KUR by Bank BTN Pemuda Branch Office in Surabaya are the first, the prospective debtor submits a credit application, and the second stages is file check by the Bank, After that, the Bank will conduct On The Spot or survey the location of the prospective debtor, the next is to make a credit decision by the Bank, the fifth is the signing of the credit agreement, And The final stages is credit disbursemen. keyword: Procedure, Service, KUR
