Abstract
Bulog is one of the state-owned enterprises engaged in food logistics. The company's business scope includes logistics or warehousing, surveys and pest control, plastic bag supply, transportation business, food commodity trading and retail business. As a business entity that continues to carry out government duties, Bulog continues to carry out activities to maintain the cost of purchasing grain, stabilize prices, especially basic prices, distribute rice (Raskin) to the poor, and manage grain stocks. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the analysis of the internal control of rice supplies in Perum Bulog Kancab North Surabaya was running efficiently. In this final project, the method used is to use a qualitative descriptive analysis design which is based on the description, description, and description used to support the analysis. This analysis focuses on understanding the problems within the company. The results of this study are to determine the control of rice supplies at the Bulog Kacab North Surabaya related to the separation of duties, proper authorization of transactions and physical control of records, quality of rice supplies. Based on the research, as for the suggestion of risk assessment at Perum Bulog Kancab North Surabaya, in this case, Perum Bulog should put more emphasis on maintenance and quality checking. So that the stored rice can be more durable and can reach the recipient's hands properly. Keywords: Control, Inventory
