Abstract
This research was conducted at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Surabaya Branch Office. PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Surabaya Branch Office offers one of the banking products, namely Subsidized Home Ownership Credit, which is one of the credit products aimed at Low Income Communities with collateral or collateral in the form of houses. The purpose of this study was to determine the Procedure for Granting Subsidized Home Ownership Loans PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Surabaya Branch Office. The research method used is descriptive research method with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The data used are Primary Data and Secondary Data. The results of the research obtained are the mechanism for the Procedure for Providing Subsidized Home Ownership Credit at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Surabaya Branch Office. The resultes of the discussion in this study are debtors can apply for subsidized housing loans if the debtor has met the requirements set by the Bank, then it will be approved by the Bank if it has passed the Procedure for Granting Subsidized Housing Loans which consists of the credit application stage to the credit repayment stage. Which will involve several parties involved in the Procedure for Granting House Ownership Subsidiaries at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. Surabaya Branch Office.
