Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of independent commissioners, audit commite and managerial ownership on the profitability of islamic banks in Indonesia. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The data used in this study was obtained from the Annual Financial Statements of Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2016-2019 period. The population is this study were 14 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. After passing the selection stage, there were 11 Sharia Commercial Banks that met the criteria and were suitable for use. The data analysis technique used is multiple linier regression. The result showed that the independent commissioner had a negative effect on profitability, the audit commite had a negative effect on profitability, while managerial ownership had a significant negative effect on the profitability on Islamic Banks.
