Abstract
This research was conducted to examine the effect of audit committee, institution-al ownership and independent commissioner on financial performance. Data in this reseach was collected by secondary method with documentation technique. The population in this study are listed mining sector companies on the indonesia stock exchange from 2013-2018. Sample was gathered by Purposive Sampling. Multiple regression analysis used as the analytical method. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Audit committee, institutional ownership, and independent commissioners simultaneously affect financial performance 2) Audit committee has a significant positive effect on financial performance 3) Institutional ownership has a significant positive effect on financial performance 4) Independent commissioner. has a significant positive effect on financial performance.
