Abstract
Bank soundness is a means for the supervisory authority in determining the strategy and focus of bank supervision. The soundness level of a bank is the result of a research on the condition of a bank which is conducted on the risk and performance of the bank. The purpose of this study was to determine the significant level of the variable Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Investing Policy Ratio (IPR), Non Performing Loans (NPL), Non Performing Assets (APB), Interest Rate Risk (IRR), Operating Expenses and Operating Income. (BOPO) and Fee Based Income Ratio (FBIR) to the bank's health score. The period in this study was 2015–2019 with 9 samples of National Non-Foreign Exchange National Private Banks. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. In this study, using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study explain that the LDR, IPR, APB, NPL, IRR, BOPO and FBIR variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the bank's health score. LDR, IPR, and NPL variables partially have a negative and insignificant effect on the bank's health score. APB variables partially have a significant negative effect on bank health scores. The variables IRR, BOPO, and FBIR partially have a positive and insignificant effect on the bank's health score. Keywords: Health Score, LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, BOPO, FBIR
