Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the bank's ability to generate net income by using its assets and to find out what factors cause a decrease in ROA in foreign exchange BUSN. This study examines the effect of liquidity, asset quality, sensitivity, and efficiency on ROA. The independent variables used in this study were LDR, IPR, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR. While the dependent variable in this study is ROA. The object of research used in this study is the Foreign Exchange BUSN. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. In addition, the type of data used in this research is secondary data. The data collection method used in this study is documentation and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study found that the variables LDR, IPR, NPL, IRR, PDN, BOPO, FBIR simultaneously have a strong relationship to ROA. Meanwhile, the NPL variable partially has a significant effect on ROA. While the LDR, IPR, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR variables partially have no significant effect
