Abstract
Profitability is an overview of the company's ability to make a profit from each asset used. profitability from this research is to know the influence of working capital, company size and company growth. The purpose of this research is to test the influence of working capital turnover, size and growth on profitability in mining and plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015 - 2019 obtained from idx website. Sampling techniques used by this research is Purposive sampling as many as 10 companies used as samples. The data analysis method used by this study is multiple regression linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially working capital turnover do not have a significant effect on profitability, size has a significant negative effect on profitability, growth has a significant positive effect on profitability and simultaneously, working capital turnover, size and growth have a significant effect on profitability in mining and plantation companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange.
