Abstract
This study aimed to examine the effect of variable profitability, leverage, liqudity, and firm size on dividend policy of manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2015-2019 period. This study was conducted based on information obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study is companies that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2019. This study used purposive sampling method in determining the sample and multiple linear regression analysis to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. The result of this study indicate that profitability are measured by Return On Assets has a significant positive effect to the dividend policy. Leverage measured by Debt to Equity Ratio, liquidity measured by Cash Ratio, and firm size have a insignificant positive effect to the dividend policy.
