Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the financial and environmental performance on the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. Financial performance can use solvency performance (DER), activity performance (TATO) and profitability performance (ROA). This research used purposive sampling method in determining the sample 26 company. The analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear analysis aided by SPSS 16. The results of study showed that simultaneously solvency DER, TATO, ROA and PROPER have a significant effect on PBV. Partially DER and TATO have no effect on PBV. Partially ROA and PROPER has a positive significant effect on PBV.
