The UTAUT model is a technology acceptance model. UTAUT is formulated with four basic constructs, namely performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions where the four constructs affect behavior intention in using technology and user behavior of technology. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions on the behavioral intention of SMEs using mobile banking in transactions. This research model was tested using 113 SMEs in the culinary sector who were registered at “Lapak UMKM” and had used mobile banking in transacting in Kabupaten Tulungagung as respondents. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence have no significant positive effect on the behavioral intention of SMEs using mobile banking in transactions, facilitating conditions have a significant positive effect on behavioral intention and user behavior. SMEs use mobile banking in transactions, and behavioral intention has a significant positive effect on the user behavior mobile banking in transactions for SMEs
