Abstract
This research was conducted based on the phenomenon of a decline in the performance of the manufacturing sector index from early 2019 to the end of 2019 as well as inconsistent results from previous research. This study aims to examine the effect of cash flow components and total cash flow on stock returns. The research sample is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2019 period. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed simultaneously operating cash flow, investment cash flow, financing cash flow, and total cash flow did not have a significant effect on stock returns. Partially, operating cash flow, investment cash flow, financing cash flow and total cash flow have no significant effect.
