Abstract
Bank is an significant institution that functions as financial intermediary when the bank brings together parties that have a surplus unit (excess funds) with those who need a deficit unit (lack or need funds). This study aims to determine the effect of LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, PDN, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR partially and collectively on ROE. The research's subject is Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Bank. The research period is conducted from the first quarter of 2015 to the second quarter of 2020. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The selected bank samples are PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk, PT. Bank BTPN Tbk, and PT. Bank ICBC Indonesia. The results of this study indicated that LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, PDN, IRR, BOPO, and FBIR together have a significant effect on ROE on Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Bank. The variables LDR, NPL, APB, PDN partially have a negative and insignificant effect on ROE on Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Bank. Meanwhile, The variables IPR, IRR, FBIR partially have a positive and insignificant effect on ROE on Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Bank. BOPO partially has a significant negative effect on ROE on BUSN Foreign Exchange. The most dominant variable to change in ROE is BOPO. Keywords : LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, PDN, IRR, BOPO, FBIR, ROE
