Abstract
BUMN is a business entity which all or most of its capital is owned by the state through direct participation from separated state assets. The current ratio is used as a measure of how much the company's ability to cover short-term liabilities. Debt to Equity Ratio is used as a measuring tool to what extent the company is funded by debt and equity (equity). Return on Equity is used as a measure of the company's ability to generate profits. In this research, investors can assess the company's performance based on the financial ratio information. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of liquidity, solvency and rentability on the value of state-owned enterprises in the property, real estate and building construction sectors listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the period 2012-2019. This type of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population used in this research were state-owned companies in the property, real estate & building construction sectors listed on the IDX for the 2012-2019 period. The sample was selected based on purposive sampling technique in order to obtain 45 company data. Multiple linear regression analysis was chosen as the method of analysis. Based on the results of the t statistical test, it shows that partially liquidity has a negative effect, solvency has no effect and rentability has a positive effect on firm value.
