Abstract
The development of information and communication technology is currently very rapid, so that it can lead to competition in companies in the telecommunications sector, in providing products or services to consumers. Competition in sales will have an impact on the profitability of telecommunications companies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of capital structure, liquidity, and working capital turnover on profitability in telecommunication companies for the period 2015-2019. The sample used in this study were 5 companies. The sampling technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that simultaneously capital structure, liquidity, and working capital turnover have a significant effect on profitability (return on equity). Partially, the capital structure (debt equity ratio) and working capital turnover: gross working capital has a significant negative effect on profitability (return on equity), liquidity (current ratio) has a significant positive effect on profitability (return on equity).
